We have to realize how the Spirit of Religion operates to keep us comfortable with our “religion.” As we study church history, we learn how this process began and is continued. As we become, and grow, as authentic disciples we reject any demonically inspired religious lies that would offer us alternative religious beliefs and practices that justify the “burying of our gifts and callings.” We choose to life in faithful obedience to God’s purposes and develop relationships that help each other participate in that pursuit.
